How long does a charge last?

About 6 hours on the brighter setting and up to 120 hours on low, after a charge of about 2.5 hours. Real run time depends on the setting you use.

How bright is it?

It's a soft night light, not a reading lamp. The warm 3000K glow lights a bedside and a path to the door, and the low setting gives a soft glow you can leave on all night.

Can my child switch it on by themselves?

Yes. It has one push button that small hands can press. An adult should handle the charging.

What do I need to charge it?

A USB cable comes in the box. Plug it into any USB phone charger or a laptop port. The wall adapter isn't included.

Does it get hot?

It uses an LED light, which runs cool compared with an old-style bulb. Like any electrical item, keep it out of the bed and give it space on a shelf or nightstand.
