**Return Policy**
At Nestling Goods, Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. However,
Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These Last Chance items are clearly marked with a crossed-out original price and a reduced sale price. Please note that Last Chance items, which are discounted significantly, are non-refundable.
**Eligibility for Returns**
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**How to Start a Return**
To initiate a return, contact us at info@nestlinggoods.com. We will provide the return address when you raise your query. Please note that returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always reach out to us at info@nestlinggoods.com for any return-related questions.
**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and correct it promptly.
**Non-returnable Items**
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items which is on sale and gift cards.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
